Educator · Instructor Trainer · Curriculum Author · Founder of RemoteLab
Scott spent 30 years in public education teaching and supporting programs that connect learning to meaningful IT careers. He has taught with the Cisco Networking Academy for more than 25 years and served as a Cisco NetAcad Instructor Trainer for 13 years — recognized in 2007 as the Cisco Networking Academy National Instructor of the Year.
As an ICT curriculum author, Scott has contributed to projects supported by the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Labor. Although he retired from public school in 2016, he remains active — lecturing, training instructors worldwide, and building RemoteLab to put enterprise-grade hands-on IT training within reach of every learner.
"Every learner deserves access to real equipment and real skills — regardless of where they live or what lab their school can afford. That's why I built RemoteLab."
